For the past two years Eleanor has been co-ordinating the Climate Change Adaptation Program at Melbourne Water. This has involved working collaboratively with various stakeholders to support the business to respond effectively and proactively to the risks and opportunities that an operating within an increasingly variable and changing climate pose.
