Allan Young is an urban planner specialising in coastal and marine policy. He is currently Manager Coastal and Natural Resources Policy with Planning and Environment. Allan was awarded a 2013 Fulbright Scholarship and spent four months working on coastal resilience in the Office of the Mayor, New York City.
