Matthew Riley is the Director of Climate and Atmospheric Science at OEH. He is a Meteorologist specialising in air pollution, air quality monitoring, boundary layer meteorology, greenhouse gas emissions and emissions-reduction policy. He is also the NSW representative on the National Greenhouse Gas Inventory Committee.
