Thu-Ba Huynh has an M.Sc from Yale University. Her PhD thesis is titled “REDD+ and climate change adaptation policies”. She is currently working with Melbourne University on a climate change adaptation review for New South Wales and serving as a senior advisor for the United Nation Joint Program on REDD+.
