Dr Gemma Lewis lectures marketing and management at the University of Tasmania. Her research interests include inter-organisational collaboration, horizontal networks, value chain management and entrepreneurial marketing. She is currently part of a multi-disciplinary team investigating the value of chains in adapting food businesses to climate change.
